I live in Florida but received some unemployment benefits from Georgia.  Do I need to file State taxes in Georgia even though I did not live there?

According to the Georgia Individual Income Tax Instructions, non-residents who receive income from a Georgia source are required to file a Georgia return if they are required to file a Federal tax return.

TurboTax will help to guide you through the process as you work on your non-resident Georgia return.
