1099 forms will not import

I have serveral 1099 documents that have failed to import from apex brokers. It doesn't appear to be a systemic issue with apex 1099's in general as I have been able to import a few. After speaking with a turbo tax live agent, she acknowledged that was an issue she had been seeing as well and was not able to forward the issue to any tech support.

Her only advise was to manually enter the document information, which for me is not feasible considering the amount of documents I have to import. How can I get in touch with technical support to resolve the import issue?

If you are using TurboTax Online, try importing using a different browser.

See the following TurboTax Help articles for potential fixes:

I had problems figuring out how to import from Charles Schwab. Turned out all I needed to do was double click on Charles Schwab in the long list of possible providers.

I am using TurboTax for desktop on MacOS. I also installed it on windows to see if it would work there, and the same forms fails to import on both versions of TurboTax, which is why I am looking for technical support.

Same or smilar issue here. Data gets successfully imported from Schwab into turbo tax window, but clicking the 'import now'-button will only show 'importing your document'-dialog for a second and then nothing. The issue is within Turbotax, I can view the 1099's by clicking on 'View details' so the import from schwab should be ok.
