1099-B

Can I upload my 1099-B from my computer into Turbotax?  I downloaded it from Apex Clearing but when I go to the import function to import from Apex, it says no 1099 info available.  I signed in to Apex and the 1099 is there?

Have  you tried importing your 1099-B directly from Apex Clearing?

Please read this TurboTax Help FAQ: Where do I enter a 1099-B?

importing must be directly thru Apex if it  is ready. you can't import from the downloaded pdf.  many broker have PDFs available for download but are not yet ready to have the info imported from there website

in TurboTax you select -> import from bank financial institution -> enter apex and double click on name  to bring it up. read the message and use the link to contact them.

Absolutely no help whatsoever.  No one at TurboTax or this community has a clue.  I eventually solved this myself by editing 34 of my 1099-B transactions.  I hope I got them correct.  Here was the problem:  I imported my 1099-B from Apex Clearing - so far, so good.  Then I got an email from Apex, the first 1099-B had errors so they posted a corrected version.  Naturally, I re-imported the corrected (I thought) 1099-B.  But no, TurboTax is not smart enough to import the corrected 1099-B and continually retrieved the first erroneous version!  I don't know where the system stored the first, erroneous version.  I suspect the first erroneous version was stored in a temporary file somewhere and the system is not smart enough to import the corrected current 1099-B but kept retrieving the first erroneous 1099-B.  Programmers, are you listening?  Didn't think so!
