1099-B worksheet

I am getting an error message ("Check this entry") saying I didn't properly fill in the 1099-B worksheet. I have no idea what this worksheet is or how to answer the missing information

The form 1099-B is used to report investment sales. You can find that section as follows in TurboTax:

 

  1. Income and deductions
  2. Investment Income
  3. Stocks, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Other
