1099-B Import from Franklin Templeton

Last week Turbotax gave me the message that all1099's from Franklin Templeton would be available for import on February 10. I checked on February 10 and the only thing available for import was 1099-DIV. I also have two 1099-B forms that should have showed up for importing, but they did not show up. I called Franklin Templeton customer service and they stated that all 1099 forms, including 1099-B, should be available for import into Turbotax. Can you check into this problem and see if there is something wrong with how Turbotax is processing 1099s from Franklin Templeton. Thank you,

Mark

If you are using TurboTax Online, try importing using a different browser.
