The 2 forms have completely different information. If you got insurance through the Marketplace (healthcare.gov) then you do need Form 1095A to complete your tax return. You can go to www.healthcare.gov to get a copy.
I am provided with healthcare by the Government due to Camp Lejeune Toxic Water and only receive a 1095-B as I do not have insurance elsewhere. What happens in this scenario
