1041 schedule I AMT

I am trying to complete a 1041 and seem to be having trouble understanding the Schedule I amt.  Specifically part II.   Is there a completed example I can look at?

I am not sure how a completed example would help without more details?

 

How are you having difficulty understanding the form.
