1040

I rolledover my Simple IRA to a Roth IRA and the code on my 1099-R show itt as a 7.  I indicated in the walk through that it was a Rollover but box 4c is not checked.  When are they going to fix this.  The 8606 shows it as a conversion.  This is a simple IRA to a Roth what boxes should checked on the 1099-R information.  A Traditional IRA or a Simple IRA (I opened this IRA myself.  Either box (or both) still does not show this as a rollover in box 4c on the 1040.  When will this be fixed?

If you rolled a SIMPLE IRA to a Roth IRA, that transaction is reported as a conversion, not a rollover on your return. That's why Box 4c may not be checked even though the rollover box on the 1099-R is unchecked. As long as the 1099-R is entered correctly and TurboTax shows the amount as a Roth conversion, your return in TurboTax is reporting this correctly and no fix is needed.
