What is a 1099 consolidated tax statement?

If you have investments, your financial institution might send you a consolidated 1099 tax statement that includes several different forms in a single, multi-page document.

It might not look the same as this one, but it does contain all of your reportable income and transactions for the year on five different forms: the 1099-INT, 1099-DIV, 1099-OID, 1099-B, and 1099-MISC.

Depending on your account activity, your consolidated statement may include some or all of these forms.

You’ll need to enter information from each form separately in different areas of TurboTax. You don’t need to enter any that only have zeros, though.

Visit the Wages and Income section and look for the particular form to enter your info.
