I completed my taxes and was reviewing my 2020 and 2021 Deductions & Credits page. It shows we will be using the Standard Deduction of $27,800 and $600 in Charitable Cash Contributions. The total deduction only reflects the Standard Deduction and did not include the Charitable Cash Contributions. The Total Deduction is $27,800. Why didn't it add the $600?

The $600 cash donations deduction is a deduction which is separate from the standard deduction.
On your form 1040, the standard deduction is on line 12a and the cash charitable contributions is on line 12b.
