Save your tax return. Close the TurboTax program
On the TurboTax Icon
Right click with your mouse
Click on Properties
Click on the Compatibility tab
Check Run this program as an administrator
Click on Apply and OK
Start the TurboTax program and see if the problem persists
Did as directed and problem persists. Clicked on run as administrator, then yes, which called up intuit site asking to make changes to computer, clicked yes and Turbotax then opened. Did not see an "apply" tab anywhere.
