Please delete any cash donations you may have entered under "Deductions & Credits" "Charitable Donations".
You may then enter the 600 on the form, or on review when the software will again ask for that entry.
I need the full amount for my Oregon taxes as I will use the itemized deductions. If I delete all of these how do I get them back on the state return?
Delete the deductions from the federal return and go through to the end (You'll need to pay for the software and the state filing). When it asks how you want to file your state return tell the system that you want to file them by mail.
Efile the federal return.
Then go back to the federal return and re-enter the itemized deductions.
Go all the way back to file the returns. Then change the method of filing the state return from file by mail back to efile.
Go ahead and file the state return.
The copies of both returns that are saved will be correct.
