Points

I refinanced my home loan in 2021. I found that I had never claimed the point I paid to my previous lender. Can I claim all the points in 2021?  If so, how would I do that?  Could I put the length of the loan as one year even though I had it for ten years?

No, you cannot claim points this year for points you should have claimed in previous years.  In order to claim them now you would have to Amend Your Return for the years you would have claimed the points.
