itemizing question

Turbo tax let me know I owe a little more ($100) than the CA franchise minimum tax for s-corps of $800 (which is what I paid as my estimated tax in April 2022). Should I now go back to my federal return and change my deduction for state tax paid for 2022 (and add the extra $100) or do I deduct this amount in my 2023 return (even though it was incurred in 2022 but paid in 2023)? TIA!

You will be able to deduct in 2023 as a business expense rather than a state tax paid even though it is a disregarded entity.
