Itemized Deductions

Confused - on this page it shows the comparison to last year's itemized deductions, this year all 0 for

Gifts Donations to Charity

Mortgage Interest

Real Estate Taxes

State and Local

State and Local greater than $10,000 - where does it get this figure from? Can not find it

so I went back and calculated all the individual itemized deductions are > Standard Deduction

why is it not putting the actual value in these itemized deductions? only 0 so I cannot compare 2023 to 2024

I've entered everything manually and confused by this; wondering if this is accurate

Yes, if you entered Itemized Deductions this year, you should the amounts for both 2024 and 2023.  Are you on the Income Topics page?

If you're using TurboTax Online, did you Sign In to the same account where you made your entries?   If this applies, you may have more than one account, and Signed In to a different one than the one you made entries into.   Here's How to View My TurboTax Accounts to check that.

If you can share more info or a screenshot, we'll try to help.  You can also Contact TurboTax Support for help.

I am using the downloaded version on my laptop.

All the values were $0

I then went to the Forms view and saw the amounts were there

This is concerning , not to show the acutal values entered for this year along the comparison to last year.

I went ahead and submitted my taxes - however the software should display what I have entered on the screen
