Issues with 5695 Form

I enter my information on form 5695 and when I get to check for errors on my return. It is telling me that I need to check my address and prompt me to enter it . When I do ,it does not save the information. And goes to the same error message . I have removed the form added it back complete it again and yet the same error message . It wont save my address. I check My infor tab . My address is enter correctly. And when completing the form 5695 it has it listed and ask is this address correct . But still prompt me to enter again . Wont save it . I have spoke with an agent to try to help me .Shared my screen and no luck. I am unable to complete my taxes due this form . Please advise

This is a known problem and under active investigation.  Please check back with the program tomorrow or the next day to see if the update has fixed the issue.

I have been dealing with this issue for a week. Tried everything - even entering the address on the form and it won't save it. Is there going to be a fix anytime soon?

Form 5695 has been updated recently. It's possible your experience is browser-related. Please log out of TurboTax, refresh your browser, and clear your cookies and cache. Then restart your browser and log into TurboTax again. Or try a different browser.

I am having this same error on the desktop version.  Is there a resolution to this problem?

This issue related to the address field in Form 5695, Residential Energy Credits is under investigation for both TurboTax Online and TurboTax Desktop.

The address field that is not working is on line 17d.  The other address fields seem to be working, populating from the Federal worksheet.

In my test return, the address fills in properly when the box is checked to 'use address from Federal Information worksheet'.  I'd suggest deleting Form 5695, performing a Manual Update, and stepping through the Energy Credit interview again, from beginning to end.  Something may be 'stuck'.

I followed deleted the form, installed your patch, re-worked the interview, and those answers were still blank. I decided to try to go into the forms view, click the No check boxes for 17a, 17b, 17c, then clicked Yes again for 17a, 17b, 17c and the entry on 17d was now unprotected, so I could check that box to use the address from the federal worksheet, AND IT COPIED THE ADDRESS! 

I am good to go, no errors on the error check and I can file my taxes!
