How to delete HSA

You need to delete form 8889 by following these steps:

1. In the left hand column , click on Tax Tools then then on Tools
2. On the Tools Center page, click on Delete a form
3. On the Forms list, find form 8889 and click Delete next to it
4. On the next page, click on Delete selected form.
5. Also delete any worksheet associated with form 8889.
