The only health insurance forms that get entered is Forms 1095-A from ACA State Marketplace health plans.
It sounds like you are answering the HSA questions. An HSA is not health insurance. You should only be answering questions in that section if you have an HSA. Part of the requirements for opening an HSA is that you also be enrolled in an HDHP (High Deductible Health Plan).
It is easy to get these confused. If your health plan is not an HDHP and you are not enrolled in an HSA, you should answer No to those questions.
