Form 1095-B

My 1095-B has no Marketplace Identifier or Marketplace Policy Number. I am a Military Retiree and belong to military TRICARE. What can I do?

Form 1095-B is for information only.and is issued by your health insurance provider. It is not from the Marketplace and has no Marketplace policy number on it. You do not enter form 1095-B on your tax return.

 

Only form 1095-A is from the Marketplace.
