Question regarding "construction". Curious as to how IRS defines "construction". I'm wondering:
1. I'm looking for credits for the HVAC, exterior windows and doors, etc..... The majority of the project was done to the existing structure with an addition. Since there was already a standing structure and tax credits don't apply toward new construction, can I claim all of the credits?
