Claiming dependents

In the year 2021 I had 2 dependents. Both being my daughters. But when the IRS did my return they took one of my daughters off my return. My oldest daughter who is 3 has my lastname and my youngest who was born in 2021 has her fathers lastname. I don’t understand why they took my daughter off my return. Unless I can’t claim her till 2022

No, a child born in 2021 is your dependent for 2021. In the beginning, in Personal Info, did you say that she lived with you all year? Any child born in 2021 is considered to have lived with you all year. Did the father of the child also claim her? These two points together would tell the IRS she wasn't your dependent. Check with the father and call the IRS to find out what happened.

Or are you a dependent yourself?  If so, you cannot claim your own dependents.
