I am encountering the same error that has been reported repeatedly about being unable to e-file without entering something in my 1040's line 10b (Charitable Contributions), even though I am itemizing. None of the workarounds suggested on the community boards (e.g. leaving the field blank) have been successful. I'm wondering if TurboTax has resolved this apparent bug yet?

I'm using Turbo Tax Online so I've closed and re-opened the browser, tried different browsers, altered deductions (before fixing them back) to qualify for the standard deduction to make sure CARES-related items are clear. What is left to do except wait on Turbo Tax to fix this issue...?
