if you filed with Turbo Tax in 2018, look at this year's Schedule E worksheet and scroll down about 2/3 of the page and you will reach a section that says Carryovers to 2019 Smart Worksheet. There is a section entitled Schedule E suspended loss. There should be an amount there represented by a negative number.
