Double-check your W2 entries, because the figure is being pulled from there. However, if the amount in TurboTax is the same as what the W2 says, then your withholdings to NY were not 0. They were what the W2 says they are.
If your NY Income is supposed to be $0, that is different. You would have to use the NY allocation screens to be able to designate the income as being not sourced to NY. If this is accurate, however, please understand that New York may not allow you to e-file your return.
