Are you using the Online version? Have you paid for state yet?
You can try to delete the state,
I downloaded the Deluxe + State from amazon. There is no left menu. I haven't seen anywhere that I can delete state.

Oh you said Online and picked the online version for your question. Desktop is different. Did you already actually download the wrong state? You need to call in and ask them for the right state.
