WI NonResident forms unavailable

I'm ready to file but I'm still getting a message that Wisconsin NonResident form 1NPR is not available. How long do I wait? Or is there something else I need to do?

Wisconsin Form 1NPR is scheduled to become available on February 23rd.  Here's a link to the TurboTax forms availability tool:
