Why does it say zero by my state return?

I think the turbo tax site is alittle giltchy because, I filed my state return and on all the downloadable paper work says I will getting a refund but where the state refund amount is on turbo tax it still says zero . I went back and reviewed everything and nothing is out of place , is there an option to fix this ?

If it says zero your probably not done filing your taxes or you missed something during the process look back and review it before looking for more help

I have the same exact problem and I've reviewed all the math numerous times.  State return via turbo tax website stating $0, but printed copy has refund amount.  Also, it showed it was filed.  How is this issue corrected on the website?

Were you able to solve your issue? Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies, and reopen TurboTax.

After my state return information didn't show on the website, the following day I signed in and everything was appearing.  Logout and wait 24 hours and log back in.  Also, try clearing cookies and cache and logging out and back in.  Hope this helps😊

If the paperwork is correct, that is what is filed. The meter does not affect the actual tax return and paperwork. It was removed for some versions this year.
