Why can't I e-file my Massachusetts state return?

Same issue here with MA efile.....apparently Form Schedule INC is not final yet?

I called Turbotax support and was told that the Mass INC schedule is not in compliance, so efile is not accepted.  The expected date for the INC schedule to be in compliance is Feb. 15, 2020.  Extremely frustrating that TurboTax doesn't let Mass. filers know up front that they will not be able to efile until after 2/15/2020.

I tried completing my Mass return today and am still prevented from e-filing, my print out does contains a Schedule INC.

My return from last year had one.

Please see the Forms Availability List for Massachusetts.  The INC form is not supported, therefore if this form is included, you would need to mail in your state return.  To switch from e-file to mailing in TurboTax Online, please see this Help Article for further assistance.
