Where does CA form 593-v go?

I received 2 CA Form 593-V for taxes withheld for 2 residential sales.  The posted way to input it does not work as the screens indicated are not there.  I know it goes on line 73 of form 540 and tried using the source on the form screen, but that link does not work.  Any ideas on how or where to input the CA taxes withheld?

Enter as Estimated Tax payments in the federal tax section of TurboTax under Credits & Deductions- Estimates and Other Taxes Paid under Other Income Taxes.
