I received the federal return over a month ago. Went to look at the status of the state return and I am not able to find my return on the state site. Turbo tax says its accepted.

First, many govts do systems maintenance on Sundays, so the site may be down. But be sure to use the exact amount of your state refund only, not the combined Federal + State figure that TT gives you.
