verification code for state

When I  go to e-mail to get the 6 number for state code the page disappears  and when I return to page the code has expired

Are you doing the return from your mobile device or from a computer?

If you are having issues with the verification code, please see the below TurboTax help article for assistance. After you request your verification code, make sure to leave the TurboTax window open as closing it will invalidate the code.
