Unable to eFile California Return

Upon getting to the “Let’s make sure your state information is accurate” it is having me check my information for my 1098. Everything on the form is correct but when I continue, it loops me back into the same page asking me to fix the errors. There are no errors on the page.

I just loaded TT again a few minutes ago and it downloaded a CA update. I was able to file my CA return successfully so it appears they fixed this issue!

Both of these links take me to an Access Denied screen.

Hello,

All the link showed was that it was known issue with Intuit and they would let me know when the issue was fixed. I got an email yesterday stating that I was and I was able to eFile my California Return.

I'm getting this same problem (July 14 day before taxes are due) - apparently they unfixed it.

Just a quick note to report that my very similar issue is fixed.  Solution is here:

https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/state-taxes/discussion/e-[product key removed]-on-california-w-2-box-16-mismatch/00/1680549

Basically just had a zero where a blank should have been.  That's a TT bug that they need to fix but next year I'll know what to do if I see this again.
