unable to e-file state return

I have completed both the fed and state returns and e-filed the fed return. Now I am back in T-tax and attempting to e-file my completed state return. I receive the following message.

 

 

E-file requires federal return

 

To file, you must also select the federal return

Click back to select federal ...............

Filed Fed return. Went back to  file  State. Would not let me cuz it wanted fed filed at same time. Which was already done
