trouble with IN state efile

I E-filed Fed taxes in Feb, and now want to E-file IN state taxes, but TurboTax will not let me.  It keeps saying I have to select Fed, but that already shows as Done, and when I select E-File my state return now,  press continue, program will not let me past it, saying E-File requires federal return, click back to select.

I am receiving the same error as well when attempting to e-file an Indiana return at a later time than when I e-filed my Federal return. It states the Federal Return has been transmitted when selecting to e-file my Indiana Return.

 

I have confirmed that TurboTax is receiving the status that my Federal Return has been Accepted by the IRS which I have read online is a requirement when e-filing state taxes at a later date. 

 

I have also confirmed that I have the latest TurboTax software updates as of this posting.

I am having the same problem with MD state tax return.  On the phone with a TT rep as I type this.  I can tell already talking to the rep is going to be a waist of time.

I E-filed Fed taxes and they have been accepted by IRS.  I now want to E-file CO and NM state taxes, but TurboTax will not let me. I paid $25 each.   It keeps saying I have to select Fed, but that already shows as Done, and therefore, i can't select it.  and when I select E-File my state return now,  press continue, program will not let me past it, saying E-File requires federal return, click back to select.  I'm in an endless loop. I called the help desk.  they sent me a new program, assuming there was a glitch in the software that i installed via CD.  i uninstalled and reinstalled new.  That did not solve the problem.  I uninstalled the new program and reinstalled the one i purchased and that did not solve the problem.  The last person i spoke with said i needed to return the CD to the seller (not helpful!).

I spent an hour and 16 minutes on the phone with tech support.  The lady was very nice, but didn't have a clue.  I was put on hold for most of the session and can only assume she was trying to resolve the issue.  I finally just said I would print my state and mail it in.  This is obviously a software issue that Turbo Tax need to address with an update.
