Trouble Importing Financial Data (1099s)?

I have 3 accounts at Merrill Lynch.  I imported the information to populate the interest, dividend, and capital transaction forms.  I had to re-import one account and checked the box against the one particular account. In the download process, Turbo Tax asks the question whether to erase and replace the data with the new import. I replied yes thinking the question related to the specific account, but what I found was that Turbo Tax had erroneously wiped out the data for the other two accounts so the only way to enter the data completely and correctly was to manually enter all the data and forget about the import process.

That's interesting. I suppose if you need to re-import and replace, you need to re-import ALL accounts.
