Text outside the box

Hi I need to file by mail but I noticed that in one form (form 8936) part of the text is outside the box that it is supposed to be in. Is this a problem?

No, if you file your return by mail and the 2019 text falls outside the box, it is not a problem.  You can write '2019' in the box by hand if you wish.
