What is the problem with Turbo Tax and transmitting RI returns ? I already posted about my problems trying to transmit my RI return after paying the $20.00 fee to Turbo Tax. The money has already been paid from my Visa Account and yet my State taxes are still not ready to transmit. Do they even monitor this site ? I'm totally upset with them and will probably be looking elsewhere next year to do my taxes.

I've already spent 2 hours with customer support. They opened ticket #[phone number removed]. Then they closed it without solving the problem. So, Michelle O, you should contact customer support and see if they have a solution before suggesting that more users do it.
