State Tax

I'm trying to file my state taxes. It says it has downloaded and it has been updated but yet when I select start taxes, it goes through the whole process. any help ASAP please

To resolve this, you should first clear the cache and cookies It handles many issues.  First, close your return and follow the steps below to see what you need to do depending on the version of TurboTax you are using:

 

  • If using TurboTax Online: Clear your cache and cookies. See this FAQ, for your particular browser.
    • You can also try using a different browser
  • If using TurboTax Desktop: Please see this FAQ.
    • Make sure you have run all the updates
