I am using TT home and business under Win 10. Windows and TT both up to date. When I get to the state taxes and I start the MA return, it says "Let's download and install your state.." and then a new window opens saying "your software is up to date" but when I want to start state returns the same thing repeats over and over, asking for installation, then saying your software is up to date and ....
