What is the message or error code you receive when you try to Download State using the desktop editions?
My State is North Carolina
Steps:
I press under North Carolina ..... "See Amount"
I get a pop up screen that shows 4 steps and then I hit "OK"
Turbo Tax said's they need to save return then hit "OK"
Then Turbo Tax says waiting for the installer service ... more details
After 5 minutes it takes me back to Turbo Tax with out downloading the state
The same thing is happening to me with the Missouri state download. I've also been using Turbo Tax software for years, and never had this happen before.
Contact TurboTax support for assistance with the problem of not being able to download the state software.

I am trying to download the 2016 Michigan corporate form in the TurboTax business, and I keep getting an error message 190. I have already downloaded PA and CA, but cannot get past the error message 190.
Please advise.
