Have been trying for a month to purchase and download a second state for 2024 Home & Business. It keeps saying something like we ran into a problem & try again later. Spent 2.5 hours on Turbo Tax website for support and on the phone and have finally given up. Can anyone help me. It's evident nobody at turbo tax can! Never had this problem before.

This message may indicate that you're not getting a good connection to the Payments server to process your payment for your additional state.

 

Here's How to Turn Off Anti-Virus Programs, which should resolve your issue.

 

If you're using TurboTax Online, be sure to clear your Cache and Cookies and retry.
