I waited until after the 2023 state return was available (SC) and attempted the download/install process. It goes into the continuous loop as described by other members. The state clean tool is for 2022, not 2023. No way to select the tax year it would fix. I've tried all the solutions - and lastly remove and reinstall TurboTax 2023. Did that and the loop issue remains. How to fix?

I’ve subscribed to watch this. I’m having the same problem trying to D/L KY state software starting on 12/6/23. TTstatecleanup tool only finds 2022 files. I have completely removed TurboTax Home & Business, rebooted, and reinstalled with no change.
Did anyone find a fix for this? I was on the phone with support for almost 2 hours today and my software is still looping when I try to access state taxes, any state and I downloaded the software on another computer and it is still doing the same thing. Using Turbo Tax 2023 Home & Business software, tried DE and NJ and both states are not working on two different computers. PLEASE HELP.
