Software will not file my VA state tax return.

I am using TurboTax Business to file for a LLC partnership in Virginia.  I have completed the Federal and State forms but the software gets stuck on a loop when filing the State return.  I keep getting a message that there is some piece of information that is needed that wasn't needed previously but the only field that gets highlighted is the LLC name which is already filled out.  Form 502A also keeps coming up, however, none of the check boxes apply so I leave it as no entry.  Can someone tell me if I am missing something or if there is something wrong with the software?

You can verify there is no information on the Form 502A; you can try deleting the 502A.

I was able to get it to transmit.  I had to manually fill out form 502A.

This same situation is happening to me- it is preventing me from submitting my return in exactly the same way as the other person.  Please help!  I think there may be a flaw in the software.

Deleting the form worked- just go up to the right hand corner of the screen under "Forms" and try to find it.  It took a while because the problematic form was actually hidden, I had to dig for it.
