FYi, I'm having the same issue. The last update to TurboTax didn't fix the problem.

Unfortunately, clearing the cache and cookies didn't solve the problem. I contacted customer service and discovered the routing number and bank # used on the state return was not saved on the federal return. Once this information was added, I was able to efile both returns.
