Rejected state

TurboTax emailed me yesterday and told me that these forms were ready so I can finish my state taxes 

State Forms

  • California Individual - Form 3514
    Earned Income Tax Credit
  • California Individual - Form 3804-CR
    Pass-Through Entity Elective Tax Credit but my return got rejected because they actually weren't ready and now that they are and I try to go fix it it won't let me how do I fix it?
