Reciprocal states

W are IN residents however worked in PA, a reciprocal state. My question is the employer pulled federal, IN state taxes but PA locality taxes, do I still need to file PA state taxes?

You would not need to file a PA state return as they are completely separate from the local taxing authorities, but depending on the locality, you may have to file a local return in PA. So you will need to contact whichever township or city is listed as having the taxes withheld for.
