Please elaborate on the error you receive when trying to pay for the RI state return. Is it a blank screen, or an error message? Is the screen "stuck"?Please respond here in the thread for further assistance.
I get 2 different responses. 1. A blank screen
2. Screen says payment did not go through click continue to try again but nothing happens.

Your Rhode Island return cannot be printed because the forms have not been made available yet. Well I got an email today saying they were available and they downloaded this morning.

ok I see the form can't be printed until 2/02 but is available so why can't I efile?
Which form are you referring to? If it says, “Unsupported” in the “E-file” column, then that form cannot be e-filed.

My problem isn't the forms my problem is submitting the payment I either get a blank screen or this message. Clicking on continue does not work.

I called support and their conclusion is that since the forms cannot be printed until Feb 2nd that's probably why I can't file. No definite answer but they said call back if I am still not able to file on the 2nd.
So today I can print my RI taxes but I still cannot pay. Will be calling support back later.
