NYS IT-398 Part II Column D ... in TurboTax the Total New York Depreciation Deduction entry is in red font and the field is highlighted in yellow. I need to change the amount to equal the federal amount. I am unable to correct the Column D - NY amount. Any suggestions ... please advise.
