NY state download

I am not able to download the NY State. I click on Continue and it goes no where. How else can I download ?

You can update your TurboTax software program and we'll automatically update your state program too.

 

Another way is to download your state again (if purchased separately) or download it again through your TurboTax Windows or Mac program to ensure you have the latest and greatest version.

I am not able to download it. So those options will not work because I do not have the download. Can you tell me where to go to download it online and then transfer to the turbotax on my windows computer?
