NY efiling

I efiled my federal tax before I started my NY return. When I wanted to efile my NY return, it said I cannot efile NY return because I have to efile federal return. What can I do?

Looking for help on the same thing.  I filed my federal but now I can't file my IL return.  My federal is already accepted but still cant' file.  Looking for any help.
